Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers without author's names and affiliations, in English, of not more than six (6) pages in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications,and/or implementation in one or more of the listed topics.


Papers must be submitted only by our paper submission system. All papers are blind peer reviewed. Accepted papers are expected to be presented at the conference.


At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the program and it will be available through IEEE Xplore.
